Our service line "Transfer Pricing" is the leader in its
field. Here we concentrate our economic and tax expertise on all aspects of
transfer pricing consulting. The range of services covers aspects of strategy,
process and tax consulting. The Swiss Deloitte team is growing and therefore is
seeking candidates that want to join and contribute. If you have an interest in
international businesses as well as associated tax and transfer pricing matters
and further have already gained relevant working experience, we are looking

How you can make an impact
- You will be serving international clients in the field of transfer
pricing in strategic, process-oriented, fiscal and economic terms and lead
projects in those fields - Be involved in planning, implementation, documentation of transfer
pricing systems as well as the preparation of tax appraisals at transfer prices - You will be carrying out economic, fiscal and economic analyses for
cross-border issues, such as market analysis or valuations as well as be
responsible for risk management and program management to be aligned with the
overall operating model of the client - You will be identifying optimization potential and will be
consulting multinational companies in the reorganization of their value-added
chain and other restructurings - You will provide assistance in the defence of transfer pricing in
tax field audits and will be accompanying international arbitration and mutual
agreement procedures
Who we are looking for
- At least 10 years of experience in transfer pricing consulting,
ideally within Big Four firms. - Comprehensive expertise in dispute prevention and resolution, with practical experience in APAs, MAPs, and providing support to clients during Transfer Pricing audits.
- Prior
experience as official within tax authorities dealing with tax and transfer
pricing issues. - Proven
track record in managing complex projects, such as: building IP valuation
models for transfer pricing purposes; analyzing complex financial transactions
like cash pooling arrangements, financial and performance guarantees, option
pricing; building profit split models to support business restructuring. - Recognized
proficiency in mentoring junior member performance and running transfer pricing
development programmes for junior team members. - You communicate fluently in English. Any further language skills are being considered as an advantage.
